The intake form collects essential information about you, your lifestyle, and the service you are interested in. Once I receive your form, I will reach out with a link to book your Introduction Call.
The Introduction Call
A direct, no-pressure conversation. We connect, I answer your questions, confirm your service, and gather any additional information needed to move forward.
Invoice & Payment
Following the Introduction Call, I will email your invoice. Payment is due in full before the engagement begins. Once received, your Strategy Call is confirmed.
The Strategy Call
A focused, in-depth session where I gather everything needed — your style goals, lifestyle demands, budget, and any details unique to your situation.
Moodboard Presentation
Where applicable, I present a custom moodboard — a visual translation of your direction before a single item is sourced.
Sourcing
I handle all sourcing and procurement on your behalf. Every piece vetted for quality and fit. You review selections before anything is finalized.
In-Home or Office Fitting
I come to you. Fittings conducted in your home or office — your environment, your schedule.
Alterations & Final Touches
Alteration recommendations coordinated and handled so every piece fits exactly as intended.
Wrap, Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges coordinated on your behalf. You are never left managing the logistics of what did not work.
Final Reconciliation
Complete review of sourcing, procurement, and budget reconciliation. Every detail accounted for and closed with full transparency.
